Its distinctive sensory profile is the result of the unique geographical conditions of the territory, as well as the experience and tradition of Luker Chocolate in cocoa crops.
El Rosario 78,5% Single Estate perfectly expresses the terroir of this farm, planted with Cacao Fino de Aroma under the shadow of native trees in an agroforestry system. Our farm El Rosario is located in Necoclí, a municipality that borders the Caribbean Sea to the north and west and has a warm and humid climate. This is perceived in the chocolate’s delicate wine aroma, well-defined cocoa taste, subtle citric acidity, balanced sweet notes, slightly floral tone, and tropical fruity and nutty notes. A light oaky finish reminds us of agave and tequila.
