In a small town in Puglia, Zollino, in the heart of Grecìa Salentina, was born the idea of an artisan company to embrace the cultural roots and richness of local tradition, with the aim of preserving, making people know and taste the ancient food and wine tradition of the Griko-Salento culture, made up of authentic recipes of the women of our land.

Mazzoni produces frozen fruit for the processing industry, distribution, professional gelato makers, and pastry chefs.

Noris has been in the business of processing forest mushrooms and fruits since 1992. The company is also involved in freezing fruits and vegetables.

Carmine and Cinzia Rispo, entrepreneurs from Campania, with a passion for Mediterranean cuisine and extensive experience in the food and confectionery industries, had the vision of adapting traditional Italian recipes to industrial production processes, offering professionals excellent, flavorful products. Tradition and innovation are Rispo's two souls, perfectly balanced at the Maddaloni (Caserta) plant, opened in 2003 and since then continuously upgraded with the best available technologies for frozen food production.
